Damaged or Defective products

When your Cali Rayne Cosmetics order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@caliraynecosmetics.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund or exchange. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, however, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

 

Returns

Here at Cali Rayne we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return easy as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products and unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges of products.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 10 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
